How many times have you designed the perfect POSTER, HANDBILL or FLYER to promote your band, art opening, tag sale, political campaign, 3-day art and music festival in Temple Street Plaza... whatever.... only to find that the City's diligent anti-flyering crew has, within hours, stripped it from the utility pole you so carefully chose??

Damn near every municipality has ORDINANCES that PROHIBIT use of public property for such unsightly display. No such thing at IDEAT VILLAGE.
